CRYBC is a performance group comprised of Christine Rich Studio pre-professional students. Members audition each year and commit to additional weekly ballet classes as well as a weekly rehearsal. Additional training and performance opportunities strengthen students' dance progress.

CRYBC has presented excerpts from La Fille Mal Gardee, La Boutique Fantasque, The Sleeping Beauty (Act III) and the full-length production of The Nutcracker. In 2005, CRYBC presented Peter and the Wolf with the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Illinois.
Christine Rich Youth Ballet Company performed at the Athenaeum Theater in Chicago at Dance Chicago 2003 twice in Dance For Kids, Too! performing a classical ballet excerpt from La Fille Mal Gardee staged by Luciana Rezende, Artistic Director and a jazz piece choreographed by Christine Rich, Cosmopolitan.
