Restore classes (see the list below) offers adult stretching and strength classes designed specifically for adult bodies.
Most adults don’t realize how much movement they’ve gradually lost until their body begins moving freely again. That’s often the moment they remember what effortless movement is supposed to feel like.
Through intelligent stretching, gentle strength training, posture, alignment, and unique, targeted movement, you’ll improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease in everyday life.
Whether you’re looking for a stretching class, a strength class, better alignment and posture, or simply a place to enjoy moving again, there’s a Restore class to meet you where you are.
Explore the classes below to find your fit.
〜 Yoga-ish: Stress & posture alignment relief
Most movement classes ask your body to work harder. Yoga-ish gently convinces it to let go. Designed specifically for adult bodies, Yoga-ish helps improve natural posture, release chronic tension, and make everyday movement feel easier.

Instead of stretching farther or holding poses, you’ll use tiny, intentional movements while lying comfortably on a mat in soft, meditative lighting. These surprisingly small, gentle movements convince your body that it is safe and supported, allowing it to stop protecting itself. As that happens, long-held tension and chronic holding patterns throughout the neck, shoulders, lower back, and the rest of the body begin to release naturally.
This deep physical release slows your nervous system, melting away daily stress, mental fatigue, and anxiety.
WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You feel mentally exhausted and physically wound up. Your neck, shoulders, or lower back carry the tension of your day, and sitting for hours has changed the way you hold yourself and stand. You want to feel calmer, more naturally aligned, and freer in your body. Yoga-ish helps you quickly discover inner calmness and a more comfortable, natural posture from the inside out, without sweating, struggling, wearing braces, or doing traditional yoga poses.
Students often discover a freer neck, looser shoulders, a more comfortable lower back, clearer nasal passages, easier walking, standing, and sitting, taller bodies with effortless posture, and an unexpected feeling of lightness—without ever forcing a stretch or breaking a sweat.
There are no traditional yoga poses to master. Just a different way of moving that produces results many adults have never experienced before. The biggest surprise in Yoga-ish is that the movements are almost too small to believe they could work—until you feel the difference in your own body and see the change in your adult posture.
⟳ Deep-ish: Myofascial Release & Joint Relief
Sometimes the body needs a different approach.

WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You have deep, stubborn stiffness that stretching, massage, physical therapy, or foam rolling haven’t fully resolved. You may even know exactly where you feel the problem. With a class size of only 7, Christine uses her experienced eye in Deep-ish to identify and target areas that may be contributing to a body restriction. Sometimes releasing a completely different myofascial area is what finally frees the place that was bothering you. You’re ready for a few moments of intense, focused pressure if it means discovering how freely your body can move again. Many students discover that the payoff is more than physical: they leave feeling lighter, pleasantly surprised, energized—and happier.
Most adults don’t realize how restricted a joint has gradually become until it begins moving freely again. That’s often the moment they remember what effortless movement used to feel like.
This class is probably for you if you:
- have chronic, myofascial tightness that never completely goes away
- feel restricted on one side of your body
- have tight hips, lower back, shoulders, or neck
- have tried stretching, massage, or foam rolling with limited results
- want your fascia and body to feel freer, younger, and more capable again
≡ Restoring Strength: Low-Impact Functional Fitness
A doable, low-impact strength class that rebuilds the foundational muscles adults rely on most—legs, hips, core, back, and arms—at a comfortable pace.

WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You feel yourself getting weaker, less steady, or less confident in your physical abilities, and you want to rebuild foundational strength, balance, and stability without an intimidating, high-impact gym or crowded room environment. With just 7 students in the room, Christine can see you, adapt to what your body can do that day, and help you build strength safely. You can’t stop aging—but you can change how your body ages and building full-body strength in a doable way is the game-changer of Restoring Strength which is a semi-private class of 7.
-
- foundational strength for everyday movement
- balance and stability
- core support
- mobility for aging joints
- confidence in your body’s abilities
Every class is designed to restore what time, stress, injury, or inactivity may have taken—without overwhelm or intimidation.
Research shows that consistent strength and mobility work directly support long-term balance, joint health, and effortless everyday movement.
﹏ Stretch‑ish for Stiff Bodies: Brain-Body Flexibility Connection
Stretch-ish is for adults who know they’re tight—whether it’s everywhere or in specific places: stiff backs, locked hips, hunched shoulders, or a body that can’t imagine sitting on the floor and reaching forward.
Utilizing the precise science of the brain-body connection, this original approach to stretching was created by Christine Rich.

Gentle, small movements help your nervous system release chronic tension first, allowing tight muscles to lengthen more comfortably and often more deeply—without ever forcing a stretch.
WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You know your body is incredibly tight, your back feels stiff, and you cannot imagine sitting on the floor and reaching for your toes. Traditional stretching feels frustrating, painful, or completely impossible. Christine discovered that tiny, gentle brain-body movements can help your nervous system release chronic tension first, so your tight muscles can finally lengthen more comfortably—without straining, forcing, or requiring any flexibility to begin. That’s the uniqueness of the semi-private Stretch-ish—and the brain-body flexibility connection.
One class example: After just one minute of a gentle shoulder movement, a student looked down and exclaimed, “Hey, that arm is longer now!” Of course, it hadn’t grown. As the shoulder released long-held tension, the arm simply settled into its natural position, hanging lower at the side and creating the appearance of a longer neck and relaxed upper back.
The movements in these specialized stretching classes for adults may feel almost too simple to make a difference, but the results speak for themselves. Students at our Savoy studio are frequently surprised by how much freer they feel in just one class—and how easily they can move in ways that felt impossible only minutes before.
Come exactly as you are—there’s no fear, no judgment, and no flexibility required. Let’s make a real difference in how your body feels.
― Stretch for Real Life: Personalized Mobility
Stretch for Real Life is an in-person adult stretching class for people who want to improve flexibility, mobility, and everyday movement—but aren’t sure what their body actually needs.

WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You know your body needs to stretch because sitting at a desk, driving, or everyday life leaves you waking up stiff, tight, or restricted. You can find thousands of stretching videos, but you have no idea which movements are right for your unique body, how much is enough, or what to do when one specific area always stays tight.
You want dedicated time to work on your flexibility under the guidance of an experienced teacher who has an eye for how adult bodies move. Christine helps you discover what your body actually needs in Stretch for Real Life—not simply follow another stretching routine– in our small class of 7. You leave with a body that feels noticeably better when you walk, bend, reach, and move through ordinary life.
- know they should stretch but never make the time
- have tried stretching videos but aren’t sure they’re doing the right things
- wake up feeling stiff, tight, or restricted
- have recurring tightness in the hips, back, shoulders, neck, or legs
- want to improve flexibility and mobility without complicated routines
- want a supportive in-person class rather than another digital screen to follow at home
- enjoy the satisfying feeling of a deep, intelligent full-body stretch
▣ Strong Body: Deep Core & Functional Strength
True strength isn’t about lifting heavier weights or breaking a sweat—it’s about structural integrity, deep core stability, and moving with effortless power.

WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
You’re in decent condition, but you can start to feel your strength slipping and walking alone isn’t cutting it. You want to maximize full-body strength for the life ahead—not simply build bigger muscles and not be bored while doing it. And you want a semi-private class. That’s Strong Body.
Most gyms emphasize compartmentalized movements with heavy weights, while smaller stabilizing muscles can get neglected. You’ve probably seen what happens when strength, balance, and movement don’t keep up with the demands of life.
Strong Body gets your entire body at play. Our signature 7-loop silicone resistance band creates hundreds of exercise possibilities, allowing us to challenge your muscles, stabilizers, and core in constantly changing ways—all in a class limited to 7 students.
You get an experienced eye helping your unique body build deep core and functional strength—so you become stronger, steadier, and more capable in the movements that matter in everyday life.
“Strong Body is a great class. Pair this class with Deep-ish, and you will feel a freer range of motion and satisfying burn in the targeted areas. Fun music and fun motions make this class perfect. I feel stronger, more energetic, and my confidence has soared as a result. And most of all—it is just fun and I enjoy myself immensely.
The best way for you to truly understand the thrill is to try the classes out for yourself, which I recommend you do.”
