Have you heard this?
There are websites where college kids can rate their college professor as to, (sit down for this)…
…how fun the professor is.
Whoa. Let’s get right into this.
Imagine a college kid checking out these sites to see which professor to sign up for, based on fun.
Is the kid there for education or entertainment?
If the kid at age 18 to 22 needs entertainment to get through higher education, save yourself a lot of moo-lah and let them stay in your basement playing video games.
Now let’s look at the other side. The professors, to keep their job, might have to bow down and turn into a clown/YouTuber to come across as fun for these entitled children of the Un-Parents.
I’ve spoken to professors, and make no doubt about it, any teacher wants their class to be fun based on student’s learning a thing or two, but many college kids today define fun as “get my way, get a good grade for not showing up, and I don’t want a professor giving me challenges, deadlines, etc.”
Hopefully, the head cheese at a university is smarter than catering to clueless professor-ranking websites.
Some professors, and rightfully so, don’t care what students rank them as they’re teaching to create knowledge in students, not hang-out friends.
At CRS, we’re here to challenge (age appropriate) and increase mental and physical abilities to raise fantastic dancers and resilient individuals.
None of this fun-seeking, fragile/hostile people being catered to today.
We like dealing with value-based, not convenience-based families. That’s why our students are at the top of their classes.
Okay, I’ll put my podium away now.
Onto business… speaking of tough, not that much fun unless you apply effort, and then it’s a blast… my program that gets kids absolute results in flexibility…
